As an exercise scientist and personal trainer, I, Bri Rowe, launched my online training service with a two-fold mission.
Grounded in science-based principles, my goal is to empower individuals who participate in mountain sports like rock climbing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and disc golf, focusing on injury prevention and performance improvement.
Beyond that, I aim address the specific physical function challenges of aging, drawing inspiration from techniques used to mitigate the effects experienced by astronauts during spaceflight.
Ultimately, my goal is to promote long-term well-being and resilience, whether in active athletic pursuits or navigating the aging process
My mission is to enhance mountain sports performance and prevent injuries for novice and experienced athletes through science-based training, along with addressing aging challenges through astronaut mitigation techniques.
Peak to Planet Personal Training aims to provide high level fitness education and training to help individuals stay healthy and functional, whether that's performing their favorite mountain sport, or building strength to combat age related physical challenges.
